THE PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES BOARD (PRTB)

The Private Residential Tenancies Act 2004 provides that landlords must apply to register tenancies with the PRTB.  The PRTB is an organisation set up by the Government of Ireland.  Its main role is to provide a dispute resolution service for Landlords and tenants.  The PRTB is responsible for tenancy registration from all Landlords since September 2004.

All landlords must register each new let of a rental property by filling in and submitting the PRTB registration form (Please see link below for printable format of the form) or you can now apply online at www.prtb.ie
