Terrie Dunne

Terrie Dunne opened the doors to her business, Terrie Dunne Letting Agents and Property Management in August 1996.  Terrie along with her staff has managed to build a sucessful and thriving business, renting and managing properties of all sizes throughout the South Dublin and North Wicklow areas to high calibre tenants.  Terrie's excellent business knowledge and entrepreneurship ensures that the company continues to be the leading letting agent and property management company in the area.


Alison Costello

Alison joined Terrie Dunne in March 2008 having previously worked for two years in lettings in the City Centre. Alison holds a certificate in Auctioneering and Estate Agency with IPAV.  Alison has extensive knowledge of the lettings market in Wicklow and Dublin ensuring that a comprehensive and efficent service is provided.


Monica Smith

Monica Smith started working for Terrie Dunne in 2003.  Prior to this she worked as a Relocation Consultant and then Client Services Manager with a relocation company in South County Dublin.  While with the relocation company she worked very closely with the corporate end of the market, helping executives and their families to find the ideal home.  Her experience in this field means that she is able to identify a corporate clients needs and now works very closely with the various relocation companies.


Aisling Dunne

After graduating from college with a BSc in business management honours degree, Aisling worked in the business for nearly two years.  During this time Aisling began a four part time degree in Property Studies.  Aisling then went on to work in the residential and commercial property management sector for five years and completed the IAVI degree with honours.  In September 2009 Aisling returned to the business as office manager.


Marian Shannon

Marian Shannon is the senior property manager at Terrie Dunne Letting Agents and Property Manager.  Marian has worked in the property industry for 12 years; 11 of those years have been spent at Terrie Dunne's ensuring valuable, long term knowledge of all of our managed properties.  Marian has developed exceptional relationships with our landlords and tenants alike, which enable her to address all problems/issues quickly and efficently.


Maura Darcy

Maura acts as the company's bookeeper and ensures all clients payments are made in full and promptly.
