Management
The following services are provided through our management service:
- We are responsible for the monthly collection of rent and lodgement to landlord’s account online.
- We carry out quarterly property inspections and send inspection reports to the landlord.
- We organise our maintenance team to carry out repairs when necessary.
- We act as the landlord’s representative with all tenant queries.
- A full inventory is taken prior to move in. We ensure that the property is inspected and the inventory is checked on the expiration of the tenancy before we arrange with the landlord for the security deposit to be returned.
- We organise for the PRTB form to be registered on the landlord’s behalf.
- We inform the landlord one month prior to the expiration of the Lease Agreement to negotiate a renewal lease or to organise to re-let the property.
Fees
Our property management services are subject to fees of 10% of the monthly rent plus 23% Vat. Our fee may be deducted directly from the monthly rent, or may be paid in advance if the rent is paid directly to the landlord’s account.
